Dumarey will showcase its latest innovations in electronic control, hydrogen propulsion, and transmission systems at IAA Transportation 2024, held in Hannover, Germany, from September 17-22 – Booth E28 – Hall 12.
Among the highlights will be the unveiling of the Dumarey Electronic Platform, a next-generation propulsion control unit designed for maximum versatility across both energy generation and mobility applications. This marks Dumarey’s first proprietary control solution, built on over 20 years of expertise in crafting custom control units. Developed in-house, the Dumarey Electronic Platform sets a new standard for performance and reliability, meeting the highest market expectations.
Additionally, Dumarey will present its advanced Vehicle Control Unit (VCU). This highly adaptable solution supports electrified, hybrid, and fuel cell applications and can be deployed across a range of sectors, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway machinery.
Dumarey introduces a state-of-the-art prototype of a cylinder head with direct hydrogen injection, marking a significant advancement in optimizing the performance and efficiency of zero-emission propulsion systems.
The company’s innovative aftertreatment components will also be on display: a Diesel Dosing Unit, a key component for achieving the EU7 regulation for Heavy Duty Vehicles, ensuring effective regeneration of the exhaust treatment device. Additionally, Dumarey will also introduce a Liquid-Cooled Heavy Duty RDU specifically designed for medium and heavy applications, and a newly developed Liquid-Cooled RDU3 (Reductant Dosing Unit).
Beyond its new innovations, Dumarey will highlight its extensive expertise in the manufacturing and servicing of advanced transmission components and systems. This includes Power Take-Off (PTO) systems, e-drives, transfer cases, and sub-assemblies. Serving not only major OEMs in the Mid- and Heavy-Duty segment, but also industries from off-highway and construction to specialty vehicles and agriculture, Dumarey’s diverse product portfolio reflects its capacity to meet a broad spectrum of customer demands.
