Test Cells
Our labs use advanced technologies for product development and automotive testing, ensuring seamless integration between the plant and labs. We specialise in engine calibration, validation, hardware development, noise & vibration, combustion R&D, and ECU development. featuring 19 dynamic test cells with climate, barometric, and NVH capabilities.
Roller Bench Engine Calibration
Our chassis dyno allows engine calibration development, ECU development, benchmarking, and emission calibration.
Metrology Labs
Our metrology labs develop propulsion systems to the highest standards. Each system is assessed in a controlled environment (humidity and temperature) at our dedicated Metrology Lab. We have many instruments available to measure and check quality control of mechanical parts.
Components testing area
We excel in engine development and offer extensive component testing labs that support propulsion system development through to data analysis and benchmarking. Our automotive testing labs assess key components to uncover optimal engineering solutions. Labs include airflow, hydraulic benches, and chemical analysis for ducts, valves, turbos, fuel pumps, injectors, and materials.
Design, develop and execute automotive testing and validation campaigns for electrification, hydraulic, mechanic, and material purposes. We support you during the complete product life cycle from TRL 1 to TRL 9.
